Focus
Welcome. This meditation supports the Stage Eleven task of connecting to your reality, where energy and matter become one. In this task, you are invited to the realization that there is no difference between matter and energy. This is a major step. This meditation will support that realization and help the human mind make sense of it with a little Physics.
Posture
Take a moment to get comfortable. You can sit or stand or lay down. It’s doesn’t matter. You can close your eyes or keep them open. Do what works for you.
Presence
Take a slow deep breath. Let it out like a sigh of relief. Be at peace. You are here now. Take another slow deep breath, and this time, send it out slowly, consciously, with purpose, all the way. Be at peace. You are here now. Pause and repeat these breaths until you feel relaxed and at peace.
Einstein was right. Energy IS matter. Literally. There is no difference. It is a fact of Physics that most of us ignore, even the Physicists. You have some experience now connecting to moments as the energy or as the physical form. It is time to dissolve any separation between them.
Journey
Let’s begin… be here in this moment, as you have before. Connect to the energy in this space.
Connect to the physical objects in this space.
Connect to the people.
Now connect to the energy again.
This time, as you focus on existing as the energy, look at some object in the room.
Think about how sparse these physical objects are. Each atom is far far more than 99.9% empty space.
And what is in that space? Nothing but the energy binding it all together, not any physical matter.
So that table or chair you are looking at is far less than one percent solid. Can you feel the energy go right through that object?
Can you see it almost start to dissolve in front of you as you focus on its energy instead of its physical existence?
Look at the room around you now. Can you focus on the energy and see it?
When doing this exercise effectively, you will see a kind of hazy blur within the room.
With practice, you might even witness the dissolution of objects and people.
But for most of us, it is a feeling that things are about to break apart and dissolve into the energy.
It can be a little intimidating and you might find yourself holding back intentionally as the human mind fears losing itself. Nothing bad will happen if you relax into this and allow the energy to dissolve the physical.
Take a few minutes to try it. Allow this dissolution as you observe it.
Return
When you are ready, bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Notice how you feel. This is a similar experience to psychedelic compounds, but we have arrived here without that. If you find you could use some help reaching this state, psychedelic compounds will certainly do the trick but are not necessary. Methods such as “Wim Hof breathing” and focused mediation will give you an equivalent boost. This state of mind is an altered consciousness and very hard to maintain even for the most practiced person. Take this feeling with you and return to it anytime you like.
