I LOVE this song! This was the first song to feel like what I feel might be MY style. Percussive, blues and a touch of indignation&#8230;. maybe more than a touch. I hope this becomes your validation song. It&#8217;s about how we seek validation from others but can only provide it to ourselves. How the naivety of youth leads us to seek confirmation of our own self discoveries but others can use that opening to manipulate us. This video was BEYOND fun. It was filmed in my own home in a room we call the Seance Room as it has NO windows and can be completely blacked out and lit any way you want (long story). Devised, prepped and filmed in one day. I was laughing all day long.<\/p>\n<p>Technique:<br \/>\nUse the bridge end of the top three strings as a kick drum; hold the strings still until you want a short chord sound.
