I extracted myself from social media. I deleted my FB, Twitter and Instagram pages! And NOBODY NOTICED, except me. LOL. Here\u2019s the big deal. If something is not serving you and your journey, let it go. Everyone is unique so you\u2019ll have to judge for yourself what serves and what does not. But take the time to examine that for yourself and edit out what does not serve, regardless of what society says you must do. It has been liberating!
