Instead of boring old lists, what if I group tasks into four areas, based on the four quadrants of the stages? It works beautifully! In the first quadrant, we focus on what is necessary, then on what is right (whatever that means for us today), then on what is purposeful, and then on what is expanding (what fuels our growth). Within each of those four \u00a0areas, some tasks are more time critical or higher priority than others. So, inspired by the epic cyclical calendaring style of my student, Tonya McClain (you rock!), I made a task organizer for myself. I don\u2019t often have too much of a specific schedule to stick to, so it is more priority focused. This was a fun project and one I plan to keep refining. The lesson here is to understand how you work and make the system that works best for you.
