I think and analyze how best to use my time. I would hate to waste even one precious hour. During meditation, I received the following:

Choose. Flow. Don’t worry the action. Make the choice…. Practice choosing. Let the action come.

This reinforces an idea from a previous meditation, that choices are all we Wally ever make. We choose. And action follows from that choice. Now, not all choices work out perfectly, but they all teach us something that brings us closer to the right action… or maybe to the right choice.

The point is… action follows choice. If we choose correctly, the correct action will naturally follow. So the practice is not to practice action, but to practice choosing, and allowing action to flow naturally from that choice.

What will you CHOOSE?

A meditation-derived teaching on choice and action, arguing that we should practice choosing rather than agonizing over the perfect action, because correct action naturally follows from a clear choice.

[5
1622,44,1419,1791,370,864,540,357,1005,1003,944,1454,1460,1002,1337,1308,865,439,371,1306,354,1006,355,1004,1307,454,372,358
post-2844","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-diary","tag-action","tag-art","tag-business","tag-choices","tag-choosing","tag-complete-connection","tag-connection","tag-cycle","tag-cycle-of-human-development","tag-finding-peace","tag-human-development","tag-lasting-peace","tag-lastingpeace-org","tag-life-optimization","tag-money","tag-poetry","tag-purna-asatti","tag-relationships","tag-religion","tag-science","tag-seeing-yourself","tag-self-mastery","tag-self-development","tag-self-improvement","tag-self-understanding-2","tag-society","tag-spirituality","tag-stages
For over-thinkers and over-planners who agonize over the perfect next move.
