We would be 25 weeks to launching out on full time travel. Everything was on track. The house was on the market and getting showings. The winter had passed and glorious Spring was on the way. And then there was a global pandemic. I could not have seen the American reaction, and the global reaction for that matter, coming. What I did not see coming was complete panic and shutdown. Fear has run rampant through the population and governors across the nation have taken drastic measures that feel like dictatorial oppression. The stock market crashed and so did the real estate market. Life seems to be on hold. Home buyers have disappeared along with some of our investments. Home prices are dropping in desperation. It is a scenario so remarkably bad that we have to laugh at it, or else we will cry. And I have cried. Never have my plans been in more jeopardy. And never have I felt more powerless to do anything about it. So here we sit with no idea when this house will sell, and therefore no idea when we might actually launch out on our life of full time travel. And even if the house sold amid this chaos and uncertainty, where would we go? Well, somewhere with nice weather for sure. But our grand vision of worldwide travel will be tempered for a while until the virus runs its course. If we can get out from under the house, we can still get out there on full time travel. But for a while, we will focus on the United States first. So when will the house sell? Probably not until people are no longer living in fear and uncertainty. You have to feel rather stable to buy a house. But stability is in short supply these days. So the answer is, I don\u2019t know. Probably not anytime soon. Will we make our original planned launch date? It\u2019s possible, \u00a0but becoming more improbable each day. We are planning for the worst, and hoping for the best. Meanwhile, we are doing what we can. We are staying focused on mental health, physical health, and intellectual pursuits. I am writing in and creating massive amounts of all kinds of things that will be coming out this year and next year. I am not letting market-on-hold translate to life on hold.
