I often preach about how social media and online conversations are not real connection, and how real connection to ourselves and others is the only way to forward ourselves. So why do I have social media accounts? Why do I post there?

Because to save the drowning, you must throw a rope in the water. I broadcast on social media channels: YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. But I am not there. The broadcast is an automated feed – a rope in the water, for people to find. This, hopefully, will lead them back here to the website, which is a library of sorts, where the right information might find them at the right time. From there, the tree of peace at LastingPeace.org will eventually find them too. But it will find them via real connection in the real world. And that website, LastingPeace.org, exists as another repository of information and resources, and to track and encourage the tree.
