I have made several changes lately and can only assume this is the result of a combination of things.

Physically, I am on a revised eating plan (Plant Paradox). I literally feel clean on the inside and I seem to have more consistent energy through the day. My sleep could be better. I have also sequestered FaceBook to thirty minutes per week on Mondays and sworn off headlines completely. I replaced news sites with Flipboard where I can pinpoint specific topics that I really want to hear the latest about without having to endure the constant barrage or what someone said and who was offended.

I think our natural state is one of joy and living in the moment and I have simply removed the barriers.
