Book: Women Who Run With The Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes PhD. (Supports stage 1-9) This is a seriously wide ranging book. The author spent two decades collecting old stories from around the world that demonstrate lessons from the personal journey with a particular emphasis on women’s experience of the journey. She throws in significant explanation of each story and a peppering of information on how real wolves behave. This is a page-turner! I find that it helps in so many stages because it slowly awakens something of an ancient and primal divine feminine in you that you can use in any stage up through stage 9. Look it up on your favorite book app or store.
