Last month was a great opportunity to connect with divine energy. It was a great month for an upgrade, or shift. That shift for me looked like further releasing the human tendencies towards duality – judgement, attachment, expectation, rejection, good and bad, right and wrong, past and future. It looks like an embracing of the infinite, the oneness, and the nothingness. So what does that mean? Practically, it means no more schedule driven task lists, self imposed deadlines, or viewing anyone as anything but perfect divine source, and feeling love for their existence, regardless of whether they have come to scam me, annoy me, or anything else that society calls bad. I’m not going to sugar coat it. It’s a real challenge. Great! Challenge is how we grow. I have added a new layer to my Simultaneous Existence meditation practice to expand it further, and I am focused on being infinite love and oneness in the moment, at all times. Incredibly challenging for this human, especially as I go about my daily life! But I am excited to try.
Meanwhile, check out this book: Being Ram Dass by Ram Dass. (Supports stages 8-9). Ram Dass’s autobiography is fascinating, as you would imagine. But what struck me as the most interesting was his humanity and how he maintained it until the end. You may notice things about parts of his journey that he did not, and it may strike you as very similar to your own journey in many ways. This book is worth digesting slowly to really take in all of the details and let it affect you. Look it up on your favorite book app or store.
