This was one piece from an art attack on Purcellville, VA. The amazing Aviva Brueckner, German artist in Berlin. Painted several yellow trash bags based on my theme of the town needing to carefully discuss the speed of progress that would best benefit the town – we don’t want to throw away progress and economic opportunity but we don’t want to throw away history and the small town feel that makes this place home for so many. I hung them up around town one night for everyone to find the next day. Tons of fun!
