I have sketched this vision since I was small. I don’t know if this place is real or where it may be. There is always this kind of protected mid-sized bay, a little boat that seems to be what brought me to this particular beach for this particular view, another boat off in the distance that is larger and seems to know what it’s doing and is going about some larger, more important task. Me, I am just calmly exploring and being. I am so thrilled to have taken this vision from sketch to paint at last.
