DISCLAIMER: I am not a medical professional and I am not giving medical advice. I’m just telling you what I read about and the recommendations I heard from actual medical professionals.

If you put together everything that I have read so far from the realms of fitness, nutrition, anti aging, and preventing cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurodegenerative disease, here is what it comes down to…

  • Diet: low carb, whole foods , raw foods, small wild fish, good fats, ripe fruit only in season, no processed foods, no grains or grain-fed foods. Everything in moderation.
  • Cardio: at least thirty minutes at least five times a week, actually breaking a sweat
  • Strength Training: 2-3 times a week
  • Flexibility and Mobility Training – at least once a week
  • Neuroplasticity: learn new things and make new connections between concepts
  • Suppress: cortisol, glucose
  • Increase: water, veggies, oxygen (through either Wim Hof breathing or 90 min at 2 atmospheres per day)
  • Alternate: Feeding and Fasting
  • If there is a possible cancer…
    • Pulse Glutamine (requires medical intervention)
    • No biopsies – just take the whole thing and test it later
    • Hyperbaric oxygen
    • Strict Ketogenic diet
    • Fast for three days prior to chemo
    • No radiation
    • Attempt to reduce the size and just remove it
  • If there is possible neurodegeneration…
    • One hour daily of light and sound therapy at 40 hz
    • Ketogenic diet
    • No food four hours before bed
  • If there are possible cardiovascular issues
    • Try red yeast rice, then CBD oil, then statins until something works
    • Lots of exercise
    • Increase fiber, especially Inulin
    • Strictly avoid lectins and sugar

That seems like a lot. But I do intend to live to 117 years old so I need a strategy. This is my personal strategy. I actually do a lot more cardio and movement than the minimum but that is out of a desire to be energetic and mobile at my 117th birthday party. What is your strategy?
