This project is as as much art as observation. Word art. I was taken some years ago by the story of Hemingway, who would write stories of any word length he was challenged to. The most famous example was: “For sale. Baby Shoes. Never worn.” I love this idea of incredibly concise, well chosen words creating an entire story from what is not said. I decided, as no one is Hemingway, to give myself ten words to describe particular moments in my real life in this same way. Join me! I will post new ten word stories here as I write them.
Send me your ten word stories and I might post them here in the list below!
