I find myself slowly moving into the right circles, the right networks, and the right choices. It is not a single life-changing moment, but a series of slow dance moves closer to the right people and ideas. Two steps closer, a pause, then two steps closer. The dance has become familiar and comfortable and I am really happy with where it is all going.
Negotiations with exchanges are ongoing and fruitful. More people are finding Geode and coming onboard. Our development team for the Fall semester is settling in and planning some exciting projects. Life seems oddly comfortable for as much is happening.
I think I know why. The lesson lately has been that the values of Peace and Freedom are all that I need to steer me. For any given decision, does it increase freedom or decrease it? Does it increase peace or create chaos? Whatever increases peace and freedom is the right answer.
One of the best choices I made this last month was to reduce the time I spend on responding to messages on social media in favor of spending more time on big ideas. Like you might expect, there was zero negative impact and a massive upside.
