This last month has been a torrent of accelerating activity. Geode is taking off and there is far more to do than I could ever make happen. The outside world is getting stranger. Energies are picking up and life is surging into action in every respect. Remaining grounded has been a challenge, so I opted to pick up Adyashanti’s The Direct Way again. The first time I approached this book, I went at it like a task list. Thirty exercises. I got this! That approach, however, will not gain you much with this book. Instead, I chose to approach it this time with a slow study and to try to understand what he is trying to accomplish with this book as a meditation teacher. It is a course in working with the Dantians! He does not use that word, but that is what it going on. He guides the reader through connecting with the upper Dantian first, then the heart Dantian and then the Lower Dantian (that is where I am now). One surprising find out of the exercises for me was a realization that the heart Dantian appears to be a temple of divine feminine, while the upper Dantian appears to be the home of divine masculine. I had never discerned that before. The connection between the three centers is what I am working on now. We treat them as three separate energy centers but in reality nothing is separate. All is one. So what is is to merge these three, or to connect them as one? I will report back on that.
Peace and Light,
Guru Kathryn
