It is Fall at last! A time we Floridians rejoice in as it means the most beautiful weather is back with lots of great time outside for the next nine months. Speaking of beautiful weather, The Tiny Ashram is going SOLAR! It is a long and arduous process full of bureaucratic paperwork but will be well worth it. Solar works well here in Florida and our 31 panel array will produce more than we use and put the extra back on the grid for others. In the meantime, it is a great lesson in patience with the process.
While we wait, we have been rethinking how communities come together in the web3 space within the Geode Blockchain project. Most blockchain projects use hype and advertising. We chose to use word of mouth, and a leadership network. Geode is not just a community anymore, it is a global movement. Along side the global movement it was time for me to stop hiding, get out there and do the uncomfortable thing by posting about my thoughts and opinions online. To be an effective leader, you have to get out there and do the things you want your community to do. In this case: Speak and Share! I have done the online personality thing before and decided to approach this in a more spontaneous, yin way. When I did, I found out that (1) I have a lot to say (LOL) and (2) I love to teach and offer different perspectives that others are not. I have found my public voice!
