I have noticed a trend in my own life and those whom I work with. It seems we are all finding our groove. Life is full of things to do, but the doing has taken on a comfortable pace, a sense of peace and joy, and just-rightness. I feel like I am moving out smartly at a comfortable pace to create and co-create and be and do, etc. It is all in line with the seasons here in the northern hemisphere. Winter is a time of rest and preparation. Spring is a time of emergence, ramping up to the point of feeling a little overdone. Then summer, as we gingerly begin to approach it now, is a time of sustained fire – effort in the direction of goals – it is active, but comfortable and joyous. We have found our summer groove a bit early. And I am more than OK with that. The exciting and somewhat overwhelming ramp up of Spring has let go into a sustained groove that speaks to methodical progress and the impending maturity of vision. It feels wonderful!
