In private sessions, and group sessions alike, I often request assistance from and channel messages from students’ guides. Most often that looks like a late relative or dear friend standing behind the student, offering advice. It’s simple and smooth. It’s always a surprise to see who you might get, but always one of the most useful methods of quickly getting to actionable and pinpointed advice right now. I sense the guides in detail, often including what they look like, personality traits, and of course any messages or advice they want to convey, sometimes even what they are wearing, which is just a projection really as they don’t have a real body to wear anything on. But that’s beside the point. This detail helps the student identify who they are (or were) and to make a connection that they can use on their own outside of the studio. The last few weeks have brought some really neat guides in for my students, and an important lesson for me: you have no idea who you are calling in until they are already there, in the room with you, with full access to you AND your student. Guides are never bad, dark or evil. They are always here to help. But some are more powerful than others. A guide might be a family member who passed on, or it might be a past teacher who was very powerful in energy and spiritual work and can affect you physically as you work, or even an angel with the biggest softest wings and most gentle presence. On occasion, it might be Source itself. The practice of connecting with guides of all kinds is exciting, purposeful and very very humbling. So with this diary I am sending gratitude to all the guides that choose to work through me to help others, and for the lessons they teach all of us along the way.
Lesson: You Never Know Who You Are Channeling Until They Are Already In The Room With You
