We are twelve weeks to launching out on full time travel in support of our mission of global peace through personal peace. We have been focused on procuring the last bits needed for our kits, like clothes and shoes, and just spending some time enjoying the little town center around our apartment. We have enjoyed several outings in our rig to a nearby RV park and all the equipment is ready to go. Meanwhile, the continually evolving pandemic situation is taking its toll. The majority of people are now deep in stage five, militant and mean. It’s hard to see someone’s humanity when you cannot see their face. I decided to try an experiment. After reading up on some neurological studies on synaptic doubling and energy healing studies on mice, in Dawson Church’s book Mind To Matter, I crafted a two hour a day mediation routine with the goal of healing the world of this pandemic and its associated fear. Why not? The worst possible outcome is that I will be completely blissed out every day. The best possible outcome is that we see an end to the pandemic and its associated fear by August 12-29. Here is my methodology… I meditate for one hour in the morning and one hour at night. Each meditation looks like this:
  1. Release all stress and worry (using tapping, grounding techniques, etc)
  2. Ground yourself in the body (using any method, I am using a style of bone breathing focused on the spine)
  3. Feel love, gratitude and oneness (using visualization and mantras)
  4. Send out the command (No more virus, no more masks, no more fear. And they will say that it all just disappeared.)
This is a great challenge as you must maintain the lack of worry, maintain grounding in the body, maintain the love, gratitude and oneness, and repeat the command, for one hour. This is certainly an advanced technique and I am enjoying taking my meditation game to another level. If the experiment works, it would see no obvious progress for about 17 sessions, then small progress for about 11 sessions and finally massive progress for the final 7 sessions for a total of 35 sessions, or in this case, working two hours a day, about 17 days.
So far, we are on track. There was small progress at session 17 as predicted when some of the local mask signs around the town center shops simply were not there anymore. Daily reporting on pandemic numbers also makes tracking easy and we have seen a consistent drop in new cases over the time of the experiment to date. I began on Monday 7/27/20. You can track my progress too by watching what is happening around your town and by checking the global pandemic stats at your favorite site. I like covidly.com.
There are a lot of questions we are testing here… does the technique work? Is it possible to ramp it up by having two sessions per day instead of one? And, can I counteract a humanity that may still be attached to its suffering? I will keep reporting out as results come in.
